Hua Mao Biotech's long co-operation of R&D with the Industrial Technology Research Institute has developed many innovative technologies and patents. Our R&D has develop products that assists our textile industry customers to become more competitive in the global market.
Hua Mao Biotech often received requests by our customers for new materials. Over the past two years, we have developed the followings:
Particle Improvement Technology – From our production particles, we are able to extract 50D/ 72F super fine functional fiber.
Nano-class bamboo charcoal, originally with 50% gray in color, with our innovative chemical process technology, we are able to maintain its open-celled characteristic, with deodorization functionality, and reduce the grayness to only 10% in fiber – White Nano-Class Bamboo Charcoal.
New technology to resolve the issue of volatile element – Germanium, successfully extract the nano-class germanium fibre.
New technology to produce particle that absorbs Hertzian waves, capable of absorbing waves ranging from 30M b to 1G b Hertz upto 10-20 dB – equivalent to mobile phone stations.
Micro-Wielding technology – This technology allows to melt nano-silver into finished textile for antibiotic functionality without complications from coloring phases.
Bamboo Charcoal Processing Technology – enable bamboo charcoal particle to dispersed evenly in PET melting containers, improving the quality as well as to produce finer fabrics.
Currently, Hua Mao Biotech continues to co-operate with the Industrial Technology Research Institute to develop other new technologies – fire resistant, temperature reduction, EMI absorption, and antibiotic charcoal fiber, etc. We are devoting ourselves to contribute to the textile industries.
